Study : iPhone More Reliable than Samsung Smartphone or Nokia

Question and answer site FixYa has recently released a study report on the damage and problems with the smartphone. From the data collected it is known that the iPhone turned out to have a reliability of more than 2-fold from Samsung and smartphones from other vendors like Motorola and Nokia.

This study was conducted with 722 558 report summarizes the existing problems on the site. The report is then combined with information taken market share from StatCounter to get the score reliability of any smartphone.

Apple’s iPhone smartphone scored 3.47 for the level of reliability. While Samsung scored 1.21, followed by Nokia and Motorola. This generally means that the iPhone has 286% reliability is better than the Samsung, especially when compared to Nokia or Motorola.

In addition to calculating the level of reliability, FixYa also classifies the problems that exist based vendor.
